The Crescent Former Tissue Machine is designed with present day technology to meet the very high demands required by tissue paper manufacturers and offers the following benefits:- Low consumption per ton, less raw materials, electric power,steam, chemicals, fresh water and man power. The machine is designed to provide high efficiency with the implementation of  a modern chemical shower, fast wire/felt change, no paper trims, less reject, automatic control for BW/moisture, speed, start/stop and crepe ratio. Other features includes maximum safety control, low maintenance, top quality products with excellent formation, high strength, low MD/CD ratios and high softness/bulk. Equipment used as part of the installation  includes the ANDRITZ Step Diffuser Headbox  for uniform profiling, slice adjustment, high B/W range  12 – 40 GSM Cresent Former offering low MD/CD ratios, wide range of speed – 350 – 1200MPM and low power consumption. Felt run with single press concept, high dryness – 38 – 40%  on the press and ceramic suction box. ANDRITZ Dry Steel Yankee is used on all of our machines, made of steel for low steam consumption, high heat transfer, no explosions with up to 10 bar ratings. ANDRITZ designed High Efficiency Hood – maintaining high temperature, dual air system and high air velocity. Conformatic Doctors ensures good sheet release, fast blade change and protect the Yankee.
